Transforming the Brand

Creating a Brand Identity

At Preferred Events NY, I led a comprehensive brand refresh that repositioned the company as a refined, luxury event rental provider.

Through a redesigned website, elevated visual direction, and a cohesive brand voice, I created a customer experience that mirrored the quality of the events we produced.

Every customer touchpoint from social media and website content to sales materials was intentionally designed to showcase our expertise, and appeal to higher-end weddings, private events, and corporate clients. The result was a polished, consistent identity that elevated how the company presented itself to the market.

Building Sales Through Storytelling

I developed marketing collateral, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials that supported both inbound marketing and sales conversations. Every piece was created with the goal of simplifying the customer journey while presenting the company as an established, premium event partner.

Branded Product Catalog

Repositioning a local event rental company creatively and strategically

When I joined Preferred Events, the company did not have its own professionally branded product catalog.

Its inventory was being presented through a digital product list from another company, which didn't reflect the quality, personality, or growing capabilities of the Preferred Events brand.

I saw an opportunity to create something that could function as both a sales tool and a reflection of the company's evolving identity.

Elevating the Brand

I designed and produced Preferred Events' first branded product catalog.

This became a valuable sales tool that highlighted our inventory, reinforced our visual identity, and allowed customers to confidently explore our offerings.

To help clients visualize their celebration before installation day, I created curated mood boards that combined rental selections, color palettes, textures, floral inspiration, and décor concepts into one cohesive presentation.

Client Mood Boards

Turning Ideas into a Visual Experience

The mood boards not only streamlined communication between clients and the sales team but also reinforced the company's position as a creative event partner—not just a rental provider.

Every event begins with a vision

Concept to Execution

By blending the client's style with our rental inventory, I helped guide design decisions while showcasing the versatility of our products.

By pairing Preferred Events' inventory with color palettes, textures, furnishings, and inspiration imagery, I created visual stories that helped clients see the possibilities before the event came to life.

Social Media and Content Creation

Social Media and Content Creation

I established a consistent visual aesthetic, refined the brand's tone of voice, and created content that showcased not just what we rented, but the experiences we helped create.

This approach strengthened brand recognition, increased engagement, and attracted clients seeking elevated, design-forward celebrations.

Creating a visual transformation

Creating content that showcases inventory, increases brand awareness, and supports client acquisition through compelling visual stories.

Creative Content with Business Impact

Strategic Marketing

Each social media campaign highlighted key inventory pieces to educate potential clients while showcasing the versatility of the rental collection.

Through thoughtful photography, I was able to show clients how individual pieces could work together to create a complete event environment.

Product Focused Storytelling

By focusing on thoughtful styling and composition, the content transformed individual products into aspirational event experiences.

By showing color palettes, furniture, linens, lighting, décor, tenting, and other rental elements, I was able to show clients how individual pieces could work together to create a complete event environment.

Highlighting the Possibilities

Bringing the Vision Together

Highlighting specific rental items became a visual sales tool. Instead of asking clients to imagine how separate rental pieces might come together, I could present a clear, styled vision that made the possibilities tangible.
